The Outcomes Based Assessment (OBA) is an assessment for overseas registered nurses introduced by Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) in which they undertake two examinations to attain the nursing registration in Australia. The first exam is the NCLEX-RN and the second is the OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination).
